  • We are not in-network with any insurance plans. However, we are able to provide the necessary documentation and assist with submissions for out-of-network reimbursement. This can help reduce your cost depending on your plan's specific benefits.

Many families who have the following plans take advantage of their out-of-network benefits: Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Empire Blue Cross, Oxford, Aetna, United, Emblem Health, and Multi Plan.

  • 1. No referral is needed! You do not need a referral from your child’s pediatrician or another physician for occupational and speech-language evaluation and therapy services.

    2. Individualized services! With private pay services, occupational and speech-language evaluations and therapy sessions can be child-focused and family-centered! Every aspect of the therapy can be customized to your child’s specific needs. Your child’s services can include individual sessions, parent coaching, coordination and collaboration with other providers, and IEP consultations.

    3. Unlimited sessions! While insurance companies often pre-determine the number of sessions your child can receive each year regardless of their individual needs, private pay services do not restrict the number or type of sessions.

    4. Parents can participate in therapy sessions and receive training and carry-over activities. With private pay services, every detail is personalized, and we can tailor sessions to the needs of both the child and the family.

  • Our services take place in your home, in a community space (such as a park, playground, or library), and virtually.

In-home and community-based therapy has many benefits:

    • Therapy provided in a child’s natural environment (i.e., where they spend most of their time) is a “safe space” when engaging with new people and activities. A trusted environment can make a child feel more confident, positively influencing their ability to participate successfully in therapy.

    • When working with a child in their own home, we can use your child’s toys and typical routines, such as mealtime and playtime, during the therapy sessions. Parents and children can then easily replicate and practice the skills they learned during the session throughout the week.

  • Yes, we offer teletherapy through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform.

  • While we understand that illnesses and emergencies occur, we respectfully request that you avoid frequent cancelations or “no-shows.” We require 24-hour notice to avoid a late cancelation fee of the full session cost. Please refer to our cancelation policy in your intake paperwork for additional information.
